By using the CV Pen app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app to create your résumés for your own purposes.

Your content and responsibility

The content you enter in your résumé belongs to you, and you are responsible for its accuracy and for using it lawfully. Because your data is stored on your device, you are responsible for backing it up regularly.

Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its templates are owned by CV Pen and protected by applicable laws. They may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Advertising

The app may display ads from third parties (such as Google AdMob). We are not responsible for the content of those ads or the sites they link to.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or continuously available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages or losses, including data loss. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your résumés.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, unless the law provides otherwise.
